How it works:
Connect your lead ads and custom audiences, use your CRM to retarget your audiences and synchronize related conversions. Connecting your Engagement Cloud account with LeadsBridge native integration is very easy. You will only need to follow these steps, once logged in into you LeadsBridge account:
1. Go on the top-right menu >> Integrations
2. Click on “Add New”
3. Pick “dotdigital Engagement Cloud” from the Provider dropdown list
4. Enter the API username (please make sure to add the username only, something like email@example.com, domain address is not allowed)
5. Enter the API password
6. Click on “Save” button
At this point you can create your bridges for Lead ads, Custom audience and conversion sync. Facebook lead ads integration is in real-time and goes from the form on Facebook to an address book of your choice into Engagement Cloud. From there you can send a welcome email and trigger your automated sequences.
